Description

• Pauline Pupier, PhD in Political Geography, is a cross-border innovation specialist and EU Projects Officer at the tech transfer office SATT Conectus in Strasbourg. She coordinates the INTERREG Europe VIADUCT project, which supports the valorisation of research results, as well as the Franco-German-Swiss INTERREG project “Knowledge Transfer Upper Rhine²,” dedicated to accelerating innovation across borders. Her work focuses on spatial planning and institutional cooperation in cross-border metropolitan regions in Europe. She has driven EU collaborative projects in Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, and France, and has been appointed by the European Commission as an expert on legal and administrative obstacles in cross-border contexts.
