Romina Kolb is Managing Director of the Institute for Continuing Education at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. After holding management positions in a retail company and successfully establishing a cooperation network for a dual study model, she has been responsible for the university's central continuing education centre for over six years. In this role, she and her team develop interdisciplinary and high-quality continuing education programmes. Her particular focus is on combining a scientific foundation with a high degree of practical relevance, application-orientation and close cooperation with partners from industry.
